  1. You need of all-purpose flour.
  2. You need of baking powder.
  3. You need of baking soda.
  4. Prepare of sugar.

  8. You need of Lukewarm water for kneading.

  4. Grease the dough and let it sit aside covered for about 45 minutes..
  5. Preheat tawa(pan)high heat for 5 minutes and then bring it to low. Divide the dough into 4 or 6 equal portions and make balls.
  6. Roll out the ball when flatten then apply water on top using your hands so that all surface is evenly wet..
  7. Place naan on hot tawa with wet side facing down. Keep flame to low at this stage..
  8. Now apply water on naan with brush. When naan gets puffed up then flip your tawa upside down to cook otherside..
  9. When done take it off from tawa using tongs or spatula..
  10. Enjoy with your favourite gravy 😍🤩.

It is slightly crispy from the outside and so soft and fluffy from the inside. Naan is one of my favorite bread, it goes well with almost all curries and has great texture and taste.
